Abstract/Summary:
The High-tech private enterprise which is an important part of China's private enterprise sector, plays a vital role to Chinese economic development. In order to survive in current fierce marketing competition, it needs more and more good talents and human resources. While the best solution to solve the issues such as the talent shortage and brain drain is to get to know the staff satisfaction with the salary regulation and policy in order to improve and establish a reasonable and suitable salary management system to get a steady staff team for its business development.The article sets A company as an example, collecting a total of 418 questionnaires sheets, studying the staff satisfaction with the salary regulation and policy from the multi-dimensional, through cross-analysis of the correlation between dimension and staff background, the article draws the following collusion:I. Overall satisfaction with the salary regulation and policy is not highII. Satisfaction index from some dimensions with salary regulation and policy existed in difference from staff.III. Women staff satisfaction with salary regulation and policy needs be raisedIV. A positive correlation between satisfaction index and age, should pay attention to the low satisfaction index of young staff.V. A positive correlation between satisfaction index and position, an obvious difference salary regulation and policy based on staff's position level.VI. An obvious difference of satisfaction index based on staff's education level.Finally, based on this research, through analysis the root cause of satisfaction withsalary regulation and policy in high-tech private enterprise, make a proposal to optimize the salary management from multi dimensions.
