In The Beijing Central Problem Of The Gravitational Effect Of The Professional And Technical Personnel

State-owned enterprises are the important pillar of China's economy and powerful strength for building an overall well-off society. As an important part of state-owned enterprises, central enterprises have made remarkable contribution for China's economic and social development. Human resources are an indispensable part for enterprises' development, and it is those professionals' wisdom and efforts that ensure central enterprises' sustainable development. To study the issue of Gravitational Effect between central enterprises and professionals is of great importance both theoretically and realistically, on one hand for central enterprises to acquire more excellent human resources, on the other to further maintain their fast development. Meanwhile, it also serves as objective demand for enterprises to better improve their professional teams and enhance their core competitive strength.The following methods have been practiced in this essay, namely Documentation, Inquiry, Case interview and Discussion, demonstrated from two perspectives of solid evidence and theoretical analysis. Choosing professionals of Beijing central enterprises as the inquiry target, the writer did a solid analysis based on the collected inquiry data. According to the comparison between solid analysis and hypothesis, we may reach a conclusion that there is Gravitational Effect between central enterprises and professionals; there is apparent disparity among the importance degrees of factors of the Gravitational Effect; and there is correlation between personal factors and factors of the Gravitational Effect.Based on solid demonstration, the writer further expounded the realistic and potential problems caused by the Gravitational Effect in a theoretical manner so as to draw attentions from managers of central enterprises. The Gravitational Effect origin has been analyzed from two perspectives, historical reasons and psychological reasons respectively.In the conclusion part, the writer put forward ways and methods for governments and central enterprises to reinforce their Gravitational Effect.
