Since 2000, online game industry has been admitted by domestic internet industry, then it became a branch with the most potential in the internet industry. During this process, the online game companies played a very important role. In a way, there wouldn't be the impressive development of Chinese online game industry, if without the success of Chinese online game companies.In order to evaluate the competitiveness of Chinese online game companies thoroughly, this thesis adapted several methods, including questionnaire,interviews, to establish the evaluative index system of Chinese online game companies, based on the theoretical research results on Enterprise Competitiveness both aboard and home. The index system divided the competitiveness of online game industry into three parts: Marketing, Product R&D and General Management, and set 12 evaluative subindexes to appraise the competitiveness of Chinese online game industry with the methods of AHP, Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation, then revealed the disadvantages and proposed improvement advices.This thesis did a demonstration on Shanda, 9C, Kingsoft, Tencent, t2cn to analyse the advantages and disadvantages in three aspects mentioned above and cross examined the competitive capability by using the evaluation index system defined by this thesis.This article believes we must improve the competitive capability in 3 aspects:1. The online game companies need to renew their operation model to obtain more profit, increasing R&D funds and directing more focus on oversea markets.2. The industry need to enhance collaboration between related industrial companies to generate new gaming model, complete the industrial chain to increase the operation efficiency and pay more attention on related products market. 3. The specific industrial developing planning and corresponding policies need to be made by the government. And also the government should create an online game-friendly environment by regulating and administrating the online game companies. |
