The paper treated the power generation industry under the Plant-Grid Separation reform which brought forward in 1998 for ten years as the research object. It researched and analysed the efficiency change,especially inducted the energy consume index in the thermoelectricity power generation.The research can provide a economic evaluate for promoting the technology and the system reform in electric industry.Firstly, the paper made a pectination on the power generating industry reform,and put up an statistic analyse in the aspect of structure, conduct,performance and supply-demand of the market.Then applied DEA method,combined the Malmquist index the productive efficiency and return to scale in power generating industry in 30 provinces in China from 1999 to 2006. Finally, inducted the energy consume index based on the original index to reserch the efficiency of thermoelectricity power generation.The rusults showed that: TFP was increasing during the reaseach period ,especially after the Plant-Grid Separation,the technology progressed notibility.EC and PC was asynchrony that made the TFP did not increased obviously. On the other side,the effciency among the regions are different.The DEA-Malmquist used in the paper can be applied in the power industry well to evaluate the efficiency.It can afford an available suggestion to improve the management administration for the corporation. |
