Research, Financial Organization Design Based On Cultural Differences

Today on the world wide field of view and economic integration background, Finance administer as the key enterprise administer, how can select cost optimization in the organization structure? How can take the impact factors fully into the consideration and contribute for enterprise structure design? And the same time make the reference for professional manager to fit the enterprise structure.Base on the investigation of the history documents, fully showed the positive confirmation in IFO theory and enterprise benefit people.This thesis shows all that different country history and culture have a greatly impact to their finance organization structure. According to author's working experience and management learning, through deeply research for China, Germany and United States different enterprise culture and history, and the different management culture under different culture, Author think that every finance structure will be found out the culture root cause. According to author's working experience, this thesis select three enterprises as the case study and shows that different history and management culture makes the enterprise management team take different finance management consideration, and the different finance structure arrangement.Through the analysis, the thesis shows that the culture impact factor and improvement for theirs.Finally, effective finance management need fully take consideration for their culture difference. Only think more and learn more for the culture, then will help enterprise design the fit finance structure and will helpful for our managers to understand the finance structure, and then service for enterprise stratagem.
