Jiangsu Salt Industry Group Logistics Network Optimization

Salt industry is a special one. Salt industry companies are not only to bear the functions of regional salt supply and security, but also facing the pressure of the reform and development. In order to size up the situation, Jiangsu Salt Industry Group Co., Ltd. (hereafter briefed as JSIGC), put forward an important strategic initiatives to meet the challenges of market competition, which is to speed up the circulation of salt modernization in the "11th Five-Year Plan".This article aimed at resolving the problem of logistics and distribution network optimization of JSIGC, one of the essential elements of the modernization program. For it provides a basis and guidance for scientific and rational allocation of logistics distribution network in Jiangsu Salt.First of all, in this article I set up the example of JSIGC for analysis of Chinese salt business logistics distribution center size, layout of network status, distribution outlets as well as the distribution center outlook so that to gain the in-depth understanding of the logistics and distribution situation. Secondly, this paper selects a number of Jiangsu salt distribution centers enterprises site as the research subject. Using a combination of ideas based on clustering ant colony optimization algorithm path of multi-distribution center site selection algorithm, more in-depth study are made in the logistics center site selection issues on Jiangsu salt industry. Thirdly, on the basis of analyzing logistics and distribution situation of the salt industry, combining the characteristics of enterprises, this paper provides design plans for the implementation of logistics and distribution network optimization.The study is focused on the research object of the salt industry logistics and distribution network, applied in the investigation method and the literature research method, throughout the system ideas and the concept of integrating theory with practice. Through a lot of information inquiry and real data collection, combined with many theories and research methods in the field of logistics engineering, the article are finally come out as a research of JSIGC distribution network optimization.
