The purpose of this paper study of China's software enterprises in technological innovation in information technology management in an effective way to sum up the general enterprise software, information technology, technological innovation and effective management methods, ideas, information technology for the domestic software enterprises overall technological innovation capacity, competitiveness of products and services enhance the capacity for beneficial exploration.In this paper, an approach to the study are from theory to practice, from the general to the particular research methods. First, from the innovative Master Schumpeter's innovation theory approach, analysis of the five types of innovation, especially technological innovation. And research enterprise technology innovation strategy, power model, the characteristics of technological innovation, technological innovation, the process of analysis. Because of innovative talents and Culture in support of business continuity are the basis of technological innovation, so the next study of technological innovation to create talent strategy, analyze the characteristics of an innovative culture, role.Through the analysis of relationship between innovative enterprise culture and technological innovation, we could know how to create an innovative corporate culture. Finally the transition to software, information technology, enterprise technology innovation through technological innovation in the software elements of analysis, model selection, process analysis, risk control, process assessment, a series of management tools, to examine the software enterprises in technological innovation and effective management model. In this paper, the results of research lies mainly in how information technology on the domestic software enterprises in technological innovation management, to improve the innovative capacity of software companies, gain a competitive advantage. The main innovation in this article are: Through systematic analysis of enterprise technology innovation model, elements, links, methods, processes, risks and other factors, so that software companies can correct for these factors a positive intervention, and ultimately improve software information technology innovation effectiveness, the success rate.
