Nowadays the increasing business travel becomes Main Orientation for Development of tourist industry. Central zone of Beijing's tourist industry presses ahead with Incentives and business travels to form a system of tourism products which may satisfy disparate consumption demands in 2009, while development of tourist industry is hardly optimistic for financial crisis. On this background, the thesis starts probing into construction and marketing of business travel destinations in Dongcheng District.The author structures the theoretical analysis by summarizing correlation theories of the concepts of business travel and business travel destinations, demands and supplies for business travel, marketing points, management, on base of studying correlation theories of business travel and business travel destinations.The article finds out advantages of cultural resources and environment, disadvantages of resources restricting in tourist and business environment of Dongcheng through analysis on demands and supplies for business travel in Dongcheng District. It researches the chance and crisis if it develops business travel destinations and comes to a conclusion that we should construct business travel destinations which gather business surveys, exhibitions and incentive travel as one unity. The article analyzes the causes of little cooperation in business travel industry, the big talented people gap, weak infrastructures such as supporting service and traffic, poor publicity effects. Besides, it discusses countermeasures based on SWOT analysis findings and the present state of the problem. We can expand incentive travel marketing by making the most of cultural travel resources, develop relatively to Chaoyang and Haidian District or strengthen regional cooperatives to enhance the competitiveness of destinations. We can create theme destination brands or develop relationship marketing according to features of business travel market as publicity and promotional events. We can also set up a training personnel mechanism in the condition of personnel supply in Dongcheng District and a coping mechanism with business crisis for destination administration.
