Over the past three years, due to the rapid growth of the national economy, energy bottleneck problems have emerged. The shortage of coal resources, the higher pricing of the coal, the expansion of coal production lead to the rapid increase in production efficiency.The market environment is both an opportunity and a challenge for the coal enterprises. In addition to seizing the opportunity and development, we need to carefully study the characteristics of the market and to take the necessary precautionary measures to defuse the risks of marketing, enhance the corporation's competitiveness in the market.With the fluctuation in the coal market, coal sales risk gradually increasing. Increasing the level of sales risk management, the establishment of risk management mechanism, lead to enterprise risk management marketing institutionalization, standardization. Through risk management to reduce and avoid losses, improve the economic efficiency of enterprises, it can have a strong practical significance to the coal enterprise marketing system.The essay discusses the condition and the process of coal sales, set out a problem of the major risk and general business risks in the process of coal sales.In this paper, by analyzing sales of coal enterprise, we propose a solution for solving the problem and analyze the risk points of coal sales in the process of coal sales, deal with the risk control measures for coal sales. For example, we may strengthen coal market research, maintain the communication of information for users in time and improve coal quality, establish a strategic partnership for the users.By analyzing and determining the current risk factor analysis, this article discuss the problem of coal risk control, explore the methods of controlling the risk of coal sales, proposed several strategies to cope with risks, in order to achieve maximization of corporate sales profit, the highest price, and market structure optimization, the flow of the rationalization , do my best to the work of coal sales and to reduce the risk of sales for enterprise to create a good economic benefits.
