Social Health Insurance System In Taiwan

The National Health insurance(NHI) policy in Taiwan has implemented to over ten years.It's always attention-getting when the government changes some policy or insurance premium of NHI policy.The implementation of NHI system is the most remarkable social welfare in Taiwan.The study will discuss insurance organization,insured object,insurance agent,insurance recompense,insurance Healing institute and insurance finance.Also it will point out the advantage and disadvantage on the present system to help the government to correct NHI policy.The results show that the NHI policy had several problems;insurance finance problems,NHI payment,waste of NHI expense,quality of cure and executive extent of NHI.The end will give several suggest on the NHI policy:such as advance the health protection,manage the medicine strictly,improve the use IC card,public financial affairs,making fair medical cost and assist the Healing institutes.
