Taiwan-owned Textile Company C Strategic Transformation

The paper gives a comprehensive review on the past research on strategic transformation,and look into the strategic transformation of Taiwan-funded enterprises.We have investigated the background of the development of the Chinese textile industry in order to manage the trend of the Taiwan-funded enterprise.We comprehensively analyse the general environment,the comperative environment,six level of the industry,value chain,strategic situation,strategic potential situation and it's SWOT,through which we come to know the path of strategic transformation of the Taiwan-funded enterprise,and what's more,we propose advices and suggestions of the execution of transformation.
