How to maintain their competitive advantage?YY companies, after nearly four years of development, has made considerable achievements in the fierce market competition, while they have encountered a series of bottlenecks in the process of development. YY managers have been aware that the company's reliance on the application of information technology at a certain extent, improves the work efficiency, service quality and customer satisfaction. However, in the long run, we must rely on management systems to improve the overall management level. Implementation of performance management is an effective means of benefits, as well as the core of human resources management. How to design and set up a scientific and business strategy to meet the need of the performance management system, to YY Company is a new and important issue.YY for this article in order to study, based on the further discussion of Performance management theories, analyses the presence of HR management and the problems existing in Performance management of YY Company, then makes the analysis and research on how to set up and perfect the Performance management system. And it also puts forward a specific and feasible design as to the Performance management's preparation, plan, execution, rating feedback interview and results, etc. The feasibility of the design, improve and enhance the internal management and provided strong support for the implementation of strategic objectives, with a view to fundamentally solving the people's "initiative" and "consciousness" problem, and have practical significance to the long-term development of YY.
