And the increase of the tertiary industry has become the main reason of the district GDP increases.And then introduce the development of agglomeration situation in Chunxi-yanshikou commercial circle and Dongda Avenue,Finally,propose the suggestion and measure to develop office building economy based on agglomeration strategy.The thesis apply the study of agglomeration effect to the development of Jinjiang office building economy,time span is from 2006 to 2008,the creative point of the thesis is as follows:First,theoretically,mainly study the agglomeration effect in all sorts of factors that promote economy growth,study the dynamic character during 4-year time span. Second,practically,as the central district Jinjiang District has its own character developing office-building economy.and the agglomeration effect has dramatically affect in economy increase.The tertiary industry agglomeration degree of Jinjiang District is measured by location quote which helps to deepen understanding the status of central district.
