Organizational Trust Working Pressure

Organization reform of enterprises is promoted by the economic globalization, more ferocious competition and demands for rapid and creative development. Against this background, the acting mechanism of organization trust to work pressure is one of the important subjects on pressure management.In this research, the author takes Sichuan branch of China Construction Bank as the subject, and uses the method of questionnaire investigation. The acting mechanism of creative development is discussed, and specific conclusions and suggestions are proposed, which can improve the pressure management in the branch and provide references to the future research. SPSS statistical analysis software is applied for reliability analysis, validity analysis, descriptive analysis, individual Sample T tests and relative analysis. The followings are main conclusions: (1)There are positive correlations between organization trust and psychological security. (2) There are negative correlations between psychological security and work pressure. (3) There are negative correlations between organization and work pressure. (4) Organization trust acts on the work pressure by the intermediary of psychological security.Suggestions are proposed in accordance with the conclusions and physical circumstances: (1) Establish long-term mechanism and create relaxed and harmonious atmosphere for work. (2) Give special care to female staff to release their work pressure. (3) Improve the team building and increase the male staff's trust to colleagues. (4) Create clear and predicable circumstances to reduce the role stress. (5) Emphasis on the interpersonal relationship in the organization and thus reduce the conflict.
