Research Of Interactive Mechanism Of Productive Service And Manufacturing In Shanghai

With the industrialization process in the development of information technology,the percentage of the total output value which producer service industry accounts for is rapidly increasing. Producer service industry is becoming a new engine of economic growth. The promotion of good interaction between producer services and manufacturing is conducive to upgrading the industrial structure and transforming the mode of economic growth,which is an requirement to fully implement the scientific concept of development to enhance the competitiveness of the economy as a whole. Shanghai is now working hard on its way to realize her strategy of becoming the international economic, financial, trade and shipping center. The strategy should be carried out by further developing the interactive system of producer services and manufacturing industries,The focus of this paper is to explore in a systematic way the interactive mechanism of producer services and manufacturing industries. Two main aspects are concerned: 1) the theoretical research on the interactive mechanism of the producer service and manufacturing 2) the empirical research on the status of the producer service and manufacturing development in Shanghai. Empirically, the main finding is the interactive relationship of of producer services and manufacturing industries.does exist in Shanghai. but do not have a strong mutual penetration. And a comparative analysis of cities around Shanghai and Shanghai's financial industry and the manufacturing sector interaction between the two explain the empirical results.Based on these results ,this paper provides appropriate policy recommendations Therefore, the research in this paper is significant both theoretically and practically.This paper takes use of a combination of methods of qualitative and quantitative analysis to a give a comprehensive and systematic analysis of interaction mechanism for producer service and manufacturing industries in Shanghai,and also it has explored the strategic path which can promote the interaction. The paper in general is comprised of two main sections: the theoretical research section (Chapter 1,2,3,4) and the empirical research section (Chapter 5,6). Chapter one introduced the background and significance of the research, the contents concerned and the methods used, as well as the new ideas of the paper. In chapter 2, this paper firstly analyzes the current domestic research results and introduces related concepts and features, summarizing the industry relationship theory and the empirical method of input-output method which lay the foundation for the mechanism of interaction. Chapter three conducts a detailed analysis on the relationship theory between producer service and manufacturing industries and introduces their features at different stages of development, pointing out that the theory of industrial relations is relative to its development stage . In Chapter 4, this study analyzes the interactive mechanism between producer service and manufacturing industries based on three different perspective, Chapter 5 includes an empirical research on the interactive relationship of producer service and manufacturing in Shanghai. The result comes out as a strong proof that Shanghai's producer services and manufacturing's interactive relationship has been basically established,though their mutual penetration Is not strong. Based on the conclusion,Chapter 6 discusses the corresponding policy recommendations and strategic interactive path.
