Pharmaceutical Production Site Gmp Management Strategy Research

Since GMP(Good Manufacturing Practice) has been produced and with the development of theory of GMP,the level of management of GMP in every country has been increased and progressed.But the whole level is still in a low status,there are lots of flaws in the process of GMP,especially on the field management of GMP process,it needs further improvement.Based on the above background,this paper puts forwards the corresponding strategies for the implementation of management of GMP of pharmaceutical enterprises.This paper introduces the concept of on the field management of GMP and the content of it, and then discusses the significance of the implementation of on the field management of GMP strategy.It describes the control process of GMP and analyzes the current situation and problems of on the field management of GMP in pharmaceutical enterprises,and analyzes the cause of it.On the basis of management practice of GMP of pharmaceutical enterprises,the paper puts forward the management method of GMP improvement for pharmaceutical enterprises management and the strategy of implementation of management of GMR And we should improve the employees awareness of GMP from the optimization of management of enterprise and enhancement of drug production and quality.On one hand,in the process of drugs production,we should improve the awareness of system,the idea of the whole process control and regulation of operation of GMP;On the other hand we should establish a good GMP pharmaceutical production management mechanism and management team,enhance the employees skills of the overall implementation of the GMP,build the culture of GMP management,and strengthen awareness of GMP,ensure the production of drug to be safe, effective,uniform and stable.We should also improve the employees awareness of being responsible for our consumers.This paper puts forwards instructive,practical and operational strategies for implement effective management of the GMP.
