Dvr Procurement Management Technology Research And System Development

Procurement Management is the management of activities during the process of a company's purchasing,including making procurement plans,organizing,coordinating and controlling.The purpose of procurement management is to schedule the resources of the enterprise to ensure the material supply of the company,enhance the enterprise's competitive capacity and realize the sustainable development of the company.Improving the management of procurement plays an important role in reducing cost and controlling the quality of the products.Making full use of information systems is one of effective ways to improve the management of procurement.This dissertation is based on the project of enterprise informatization which cooperated with Nanjing Develop Industrial&Commercial Co.,Ltd.A investigatation has been made on the DVR company's procurement management,and a procurement management system(PMS) has been develeped for DVR at last.In this article,the basic status of DVR'procurement management has been introduced,then the author makes a general analysis of existing problems.With the help of the business process reegineering (BPR) technology,the process of procurement in DVR has been reengineered. Subsequently,the author analyzes the need of the PMS,and designs the system architecture and functional structure of the PMS.Finally,based on the unified modeling langnage(UML),case model,analsys model,design model and realization model of the PMS have been established,then the PMS is realized under the framework of J2EE.In addtion,during the study of DVR' procurement management,the dissertation also does some research on two key issues.One is procurement strategy selection,the game theory is applied to improve the scientificalness of selecting procurement strategy.The other issue is the selection and evaluation of the suppliers,the author established a model which is fit for the situation of DVR,and then solved the model with the analytic hierarchy prcocess method.Besides,an example has been calculated to verify the feasibility and scientificalness of the model.
