The Context Of Globalization Financial Crisis Prevention

As the financial globalization deepens, financial crisis seem to be more and more highly contagious worldwide. The subprime crisis that broke in 2007 has become a severe international financial crisis only after twenty months. Many economies have suffered from this crisis so far, and they are striving to get over it. This earthshaking crisis has alarmed us: It is more urgent for China to find how to build a better economy and take more effective precautionary measures against bigger financial risks and more highly contagious crisis under globalization. Therefore, this thesis aims at gaining some useful experiences from three important cases on how to prevent financial crisis in China under globalization on the basis of existing financial crisis theories home and abroad. Afterwards, this paper gives an inspection on the current condition of financial crisis prevention in China, points out its deficiencies and puts forward some reasonable suggestions on China's prevention against financial crisis.This thesis can be divided into seven parts. The first part elaborates on the background of this paper and its realistic meaning, and brings forwards the research thinking and approach. The second one defines and categories financial crisis. It also summarizes the symptoms of the crisis under globalization. The third gives an introduction on related crisis theories and models home and abroad which are the basis of this thesis. The fourth sums up useful experiences from three important cases, which helps our nation with crisis prevention. The fifth inspects the current conditions of China's prevention against crisis and its deficiencies. The sixth part puts forwards reasonable suggestions on China'prevention against crisis under globalization by combining theories and practical experiences. And the last one summarizes the conclusions of this article.
