Regional Economic Integration, Research, And Travel Services In China Trade Issues

The tourism service trade is one of the important constituent of Chinese service trade and is growing continuously. At present various form of regional economic integration proliferate the whole world, and become an important tendency of world economics development. The regional economic integration impels the integration of regional tourism, and on the other hand the extroversion, the linkage, the international characteristic of tourism service trade enable it to be an intrinsic driving force of the regional economic integration. The tourism service trade and the regional economic integration complement one another and promote mutually. The regional economic integration is through the construction of different level legal documents, and the tourism service trade development also needs the legal regime support. This paper will discuss the relationship between the regional economic integration and the national tourism service trade, and take the China-Asian Free Trade Agreement as the example, to put forward some proposals on the legal regime construction for the national tourism service trade.
