Equal Employment System Of The Urban And Rural Workers

This study is China's equal employment system of urban and rural workers. Firstly, this paper expounds and absorbs the theories on equal employment system of urban and rural workers from Marxist classical writers, as well as Western economists and domestic scholars. Secondly, this paper recalls the evolution of employment system of urban and rural workers since the establishment of PRC, studies the employment status of urban and rural workers every period and analyses the main reasons for unequal employment system of them, in order to find the starting point for the realization of equal employment of urban and rural workers. Thirdly, this paper proves the equal employment of urban and rural workers can have a positive effect on the economy development. It can make the industrial structure better, economy growth faster and the urban-rural income gap narrower. So it has a certain degree of rationality for China to build the system of equal employment of urban and rural workers. Finally, this paper presents the objectives and the principles of establishing China's equal employment system of urban and rural workers, and the effective ways how to establish.
