Under The Perspective Of Foreign Direct Investment In China's Foreign Trade Structure Adjustment

With rapid development of China's economy and fast increase of foreign trade, it's a great problem for our country to improve foreign trade structure in order to improve the quality and level of foreign trade in our country. At the time of development for investment to foreign countries, our country's investment to foreign countries is playing a more and more important role in improving structure and competitiveness of foreign trade. This paper uses theories of international trade and international direct investment to define structure of foreign trade and the relation among its components. We also analyzed the investment to foreign nations, structure of commerce and region, mode of investment in here. We use the analysis of theory and empirical study , in order to tell the effect and problems on improving structure of foreign trade by investment. At the end of this paper, some proposals are given on how to improve structure of trade by enlarging the scale and improving quality of investment to foreign countries.
