With the development of information science and the advancement of electronic technology, E-business has become the main trend for the development of future enterprises. Therefore, the traditional and simple management patterns of enterprises need to be broken so as to build strategic and dynamic alliance with external enterprises. Under the circumstance of this, in order to solve some problems, such as the economy globalization and competition rising, quality, cost, quick delivery, service and technology innovation, the enterprise cant succeed by itself any more, it must invite suppliers to join in the development of itself and pursue supplier-integrated development, so supplier relationship management comes into being.This thesis firstly depicts the theory of E-business and supplier relationship management including its development, conception, ete and compares the difference of traditional supplier relationship and supplier relationship under the circumstance of E-business. Then this article points out different types of supplier relationship strueture. In addition it concludes that there is no absolutely bad or good in all relationships, and is just suitable or unsuitable. Only if the relationship matches environment, any kind of relationship is all right. Then the paper analyze the process of supplier relationship management from three aspects supplier selection and evaluation, supplier relationship maintenance and development, supplier relationship risk management. Based on the analysis, at last the article take some tactics and suggestion that useful for the relation management of supplier.
