China's Rural Financial Development And Increasing Farmers' Income Empirical Study

Consequently it is necessary to build up mutually promoting relationship between rural finance and farmer income growth by hard study, to push rural finance to develop, then boost the growth of farmer income.Jiangsu Province is one of the province that promote the rural financial system to reform as an experimental unit in our country at the earliest stage, and after several years reform, rural finance in Jiangsu had already become the main force that can promote the rural economic development and farmer income increment, and had done huge contribution to the development of Jiangsu's rural economy. Consequently investigate the successful experience that the rural financial system's reform in Jiangsu has achieved, not only can enrich our rural financial theories research, and can also look for new breakthrough to deepen the rural financial system reform in our country. This dissertation make use of the related data of Jiangsu rural economy during 1980-2007 year, and carry on empirical study the relationship between rural finance and farmer income in Jiangsu Province, then thoroughly analyze the effect that the development of Jiangsu rural finance boost farmer income growth.Drawing lessons from the support function that rural finance in Jiangsu hai put on farmer income growth, we can put forward related policy recommendations with pertinence based on the fact that our nation should enlarge the rural finance strength supporting farmer income increment.
