With the trend of economic globalization,there are increasingly stronger international financial cooperation.As one of the most important emerging markets,the China financial market is rapidly developing.However,the development in China financial market is bringing new challenges.The globalization may make local crisis become global crisis,such as the current financial crisis.As the central finaicial institution,the safty of banks is directly related to the safty of the whole financial system in the country.At the moment,China has increasingly amount of banks who do both commercial and investment banking services,which is driving much higher risk than those do single services.Therefore,the current focus is mainly on how to build up an efficient regulation system in order to support China economy to rapidly grow and to control financial risks.Based on this situation,this study treats economic globalization and China financial development as background to focus on the research of banking regulation systems.Through analysing the current situation of China banking regulation and its existed risks,as well as revising the development of China banking regulation systems during the period of financial development.Finally,wc conclude about the choice and form of banking regulation systems during the period of financial development.There are mainly four parts in this study.In the first part,we introduce the basic theory of banking regulation systems and financial development.We firstly introduce the definition of banking regulation systems,then we examine prior research about banking regulation theories and the categories of banking regulation systems.We finally generally look at relevant theories of financial development.Second,we introduce the current situation and existed risks of China banking regulation.Fistly,we introduce current situation of China banking systems.Secondly, we discuss a series of risks of China banking regulation system from the aspects of global financial crisis,financial development,banking innovation,and international capital liquidity.Third,we revise the progress of China financial development.Then the relationship between China financial development and the choice of banking regulation systems is discussed.The former one demonstrats the impact of China financial development to the revolution of the banking regulation system.The latter one discusses the relationship between China financial development and the banking regulation system.Last but not least,after the discussion of the development of China banking regulation systems,we make the conclusion about the choice and form of banking regulation systems during the period of financial development.
