Rural Microcredit Risk Control

The article in accordance with the credit standards of the activities of different participants will be divided into the risk of environmental risk, credit risk, management risk and the risk of four major categories of policies. And carefully analyzed the reasons for these risks, the risk of the corresponding control measures. At the conclusion of my previous research of risk control, the attempt to solve the risk of micro-credit method, choice of development models and innovative ways, Made use of modern financial derivatives to circumvent the environmental risks of the market risk, and explore "Bank + cooperative" approach to deal with unsecured credit risk and the disadvantages of rural credit unions to choose to rely on the preparatory work to pave the way, then an alternative non-formal financial institutions the path to expand the market.
