In 90th of last century, people society entered into knowledge economics times. The enterprise intend to achieve the leading position in market competition, they must increase the human resource competition ability, reinforce the education training for the employee, enhance the employee's diathesis, impel the human capability value added continuously, thereby step up enterprises outstanding achievement and achieve strategy programming sostenuto. However, the investment for training is very limited. Training as one of important investment of human capital, like other capital investment, lucre and risk are exist at the same time.The article use the theoretic and positive analysis methods, bring forward that the training risk is exist externally firstly, and then recognize the risk factor of training , study the relation of enterprise training investment and staff demission, put forward the policy for keeping away the enterprise training risk at last.This letterpress purpose is that let more and more enterprise to be aware of that the staff is the most important capital, the pre-condition for increasing the enterprise competence is human resource value added. Therefore , continuous staff training and capability development is the best way for realizing the fast grow up and high efficiency operation. So, based on the learn of the important and oppressive for training management, the article from the risk management point of view to study the training management, affirm the objectivity of enterprise training risk is existent, analyse sorts of risks in the staff training, analyse the reason of risk, use study result of four measures: avoid , control, transfer and reduce, to provide a new management idea and proposal to handle the enterprise training risk.
