Make the production resource to be the value added products through production and distribution step by quickest speed. This products will finally reach to the required customers. The supplier chain will not only decrease cost, inventory but also relocate these resource more reasonable, and more important is that it can finalize to join production and sales efficiently; make logistic, information, capital reasonable flow by through information net and organization net.In the point of aerospace raw material supplier chain, the thesis analysis and research operation management of A.M Castle (Shanghai) which plays role as the raw material distributor and parts makerThe first part of thesis introduce aerospace industrial supplier chain character, then main focus on introduction of A.M Castle (Shanghai)'s operation process and its specification, analysis company's problem during operation and raise to troubleshooting to these problemThe second part of the thesis mainly introduce company's purchasing management based on supplier chain. In the face of purchasing problem, the thesis give the optimization solution. To build the strategy alliance with the main suppliers is the critical factor of purchasing managementThe third part of thesis analysis company's inventory management.
