China's Private Economic Development Research

To benefit from China's reform and opening policies and a major breakthrough of Chinese Communist party's theoretical understanding of economic development in China, China Private Economy has ushered in unprecedented opportunities for development. By virtue of the labor, finance, information technology and other aspects of the comprehensive strength on the rise, China Private Economy has become an important pillar of economic development. However, with the U.S. sub-loan crisis severely affecting the U.S. economy, the growth of the global economy has been slowdown; from the domestic economy environment, with the macro-control policy, China Private Economy development is facing the low level of profitability and liquidity, the rising of production factors, and many other effects. Therefore, how to promote sustainable development of the private economy under the slowing growth of world economy and China macro-control policies is worth deep studying. It is both opportunity and challenge to China Private Economy.This article focuses on the development of China Private Economy of the status and existing problems. Through the studies on the world economy trends and China macro-control policy and the actual cases of private economy in Zhejiang Province, the thesis discusses the development directions of private economy in Zhejiang Province and then puts forward sustainable development ideas and concrete proposals of Zhejiang's private economy.
