In this article, people oriented management is the most important theory for the government to administer the driver-training schools. In order to improve the quality of driver-training, I analysis the main problems during the process of the driver-training, for example, the theory course is not satisfying, the students give up their right to protect themselves, many of the coaches are not responsible for their student, etc. The writer concludes that the reason of the problem is the government didn't change the policies with the development of marketing system and neglect the importance of people oriented management theory to meet the different needs of different people. The writer thinks that in order to improve the management of driver-training, the government should realize the importance of the people oriented theory, create more opportunities to communicate with the students and the training schools, make the rules of coach-inspiring, and keep reforming the technique and management skills. |
