Through Company AT&S(China) case study, the article intends to explore how Printed Circuit Board (PCB) providers in Chinese market to constitute a suitable competition strategy when they are facing fiercer macroeconomic and competition environment. The article analyzed the macro and the industrial environment of Chinese factory PCB market and used Porter's 5-Force Model to analyze current competitive force, so as to choose the best competition strategy for AT&S(China). By using the SWOT Model, the author try to analyze the environments from the aspects of Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat of AT&S(China) , then draw a conclusion for which ways might be the most suitable to implement the differentiation strategy. Then the author tries to define detailed measures of differentiation in R&D, delivery, quality, service. Finally, the author studied the auxiliary measures for the successful implementation of the differentiation strategy.
