Modern Thermal Power Enterprise Information Discussed

The power system is under a long-term management mode of planned economy, with its strong management of the industrial monopolies colors. Therefore, the previous management paid greater attention to safety and quality. The pursuit of costs and economic efficiency are relatively neglected, resulting in development of the power system overall management level has lagged behind; especially the information base was weak. Currently "separation of generation and bidding" has been put into practice, how to improve the management of power enterprises, reduce costs and improve competitiveness on the market will inevitably become key problems that thermal power enterprises are facing to. The current very popular MRP and ERP, KRM and other large enterprises management system, in the process of promoting and using in abroad has played a huge economic benefits and promoting role, but in China it didn't obtain effects applied in abroad.Now the new thermal power plant generally uses 300 MW and above, high-temperature, high-pressure unit, and DCS system are used to control, but how to deal with the relationship between enterprise management information system and DCS, existing more controversy. This paper does not study the advantages of ERP, KRM management software and feasibility of promoting in thermal power enterprises, but started on studying the degree of information about some thermal power plant, discussing the status of power enterprise management information, expatiating on how to carry out enterprise information. Also on the DCS, SIS, MIS systems, such as the mutual relations were discussed and advocated the coexistence of the three models, and on how to plan, design SIS, MIS, the system how to implement, putting forward a relatively complete theoretical program. There is a practical reference value to brothers' enterprises information.
