| China National Aviation Company was a modern sino-American Joint Venture, which was built up in the scope of Chinese Law. It was some kind of mirror in Republican China. Based on the existing researches, this essay fully used the archives of the company and related in The Second Historical Archives Of China and ShangHai Archives, focused on the organization microstructure and personnel system, and analyzed the variance of capital form, organization microstructure, personnel system and the relation of the Central Government. The author hopes that what have studied will help to reflect the differences between Chinese and foreign staffs in personnel management, the management authority of sino-American partners and justly estimate the policy, institution and practice of introducing foreign capital in Republican China. |
