| Animated Cartoon(AC) industry is the sunrise industry in the world, and in China it is developed rapidly. There have been constituted a huge Industrial chain around it, and formed the new economical Point of growth. In the Outline of the Eleventh Five-Year Plan/or Cultural Development, digital content and animated cartoon have been listed as one of the most nine prior industries to develop in the next five years in cultural industry.Changzhou is the famous city with the long history and culture profundity. Ever since the opening of China, the economy has processed the continued development, the society has promoted largely, and the cultural has flourished day by day. Changzhou is one of the pioneers which have developed the AC industry in China. After more than a decade developing, this industry in Changzhou is becoming much stronger. Local Government, Medium and Associations promote each other. This paper starts from the global creative economic upsurge, focused on the actuality and developing pattern, trying to outline the persisting development about the basic background and direction. This article discusses the strategy of Changzhou AC industry by the analysis of SWOT model on the five aspects, that is, superiority, weakness, opportunity and threaten.Based on the analysis, this paper discusses the developing orientation and the strategic criterions, probed into the sustainable developing countermeasures. This paper is hoping to provide a wise support to the AC industry and the new round span of cultural industry in Changzhou City. |
