Study On The Relief System Of Adverse Drug Reactions In Compensation

With the development of technology and medicine supervision, the public have focused on the safety and the relief to medicine damage. Medical dissension caused by adverse drug reaction increasingly manifold, but there are corresponding laws, and regulations that can intercede the medical dissensions, and lead the patient, hospital and drug producer to bemuse and have no alternative. Adverse drug reaction has increasingly become a social problem. Countries are trying to establish a perfect relief system, and our country in this regard is currently blank.These theses put the adverse drug reaction relief system in the position of its research object and define the relevant concepts of the drug and adverse drug reaction. On the basis of the prevention and reduction of the adverse drug reaction, judicial relief system and social relief system, the author gives some suggestion on the efforts which our government could make. Firstly, this thesis pay attention to how to reduce the happen of the adverse drug reaction and prevent the reaction by means of the administration permission for the drug admittance to the market and the management and supervision after the admittance . Then, based on the study on the related judicial and social system abroad and in Taiwan area and combined with the present in China, the author tends to propose the imaginary plan for framing out the relief system for the adverse drug reaction in China.
