The Same Technological Rationality And Value Rationality And Separation

The article discusses the nature between the nous of science and technology and the nous of the value, which is inevitable in seperation and with the same unlimited approachment from the theory. This approachment is the same as the human and social development phase of Marxism, targeting at the full freedom and completed liberation ultimately. In the long process, it is significant to grasp the current reality of China's accurately, to avoid the negative effects in the modernization process of science and technology, and to consciously use the Orient Heaven's harmonious wisdom.The full text is devided into three chapters. The first chapter defines the nous, the nous of science and technology, the nous of the value, to confirm their differences from the academic theory and the contradictory in these differnces in reality. Human's survival and development must seek the truth, which lies in the nature of materialized, and at the same time the beyond-based pursuit of human's spirit resists the materialization of the spirit and the invasion of the willingness. So the seperation is inevitable for the different way of thinking and evaluation to pursue the same objectives.The second chapter discusses the reality of such separation. First of all, the philosophy basis - of the nous of the seperationis analized, that is, machine commandment of the world, the arbitrary theory and the judgement of the relative value. The seperation mainly happens in western developed industrial countries, and to vigorously develop market economy in China should avoid repeating the Western failure before. The nous' aphasia of value of the related phenomenon need to highlight the sensual indulgence consumption, the reduced objects of workers, and the so-called cultural industries taking away the inherent richness from spiritual life, inevitably led to the resolution of the value, the nihilism by social pluralism, the deconstruction of traditional mainstream values, the collapse of the old morality without new morality established, the comprehensive prevalence on money worship and commodity fetishism and the failure to obtain the spiritual enrichment while material standard of living greatly improved, so that a sub-health is at large state-like. It is clear that the departure of the two nous emerges, which demands a comprehensive critical thinking.Chapter Three discusses the reunification of the two nous and offers possible direction. Of course, it is beyond ability to give the best way. but some specific thoughts are necesssary. Technology is always for the people, and means should not be deviated from the purpose. The departure should be criticilized, but exaggerating by the pessimism is unnecessary. From reality, it is a double-demanding of both theory and practice to reconstruct the moral with the time's characteristics by traditional wisdom of many well-established norms and the spirits of introspection and thinking that show a new era of vitality in the materialized society. On the nature of humanity, the nous of science and technology has always been the commitment of the nous of value and prepares for the human materials. We can say that the unfree technology is mainly because of the lagging-behind technological methods at this stage , fundamentally speaking, of unfree of human from necessarity. To review of Marx's description of communism, we believe that when material wealth continually spewing out like spring water, the two nous will eventually achieve a perfect identity so as to realize the completed liberation and full freedom.
