Facing the new competitive century, how to survive and how to make long-term and healthy development has been the major concern of the company.This thesis is a study on the basic competition strategy of the company. It is divided into three parts. In the first part, the author try to make profound analyses on China insurance market competition situations and the internal resources and competitive ability of CPIC property, with the PEST method, the market Concentration degree analysis method, the Five-Force Model, and the strategic group theory. we can draw a conclusion: China Insurance market has a promising future. In the second part, we move to the conclusion that CPIC property can and must adopt the differential strategy. The strategy includes commodity differential strategy, service differential strategy, region differential strategy, human resource differential strategy, channel differential strategy and brand differential strategy. in the third part , there are some suggestions on implementing the strategy to the CPIC property . such as improve sales ability, the R&D, the financial management, the customer service, the brand management, the claim management and the human resource development. The company needs to strengthen its capabilities related to the differentiation objectives so as to achieve sustainable competitive advantage.China insurance industry is an sun- rising industry.
