Residents On Theoretical System Of Financial Management

Personal finance in nowadays Chinese society has gained ever-growing importance and has become a hot topic. However theoretical research doesn't yield a consistent, concise and logical theoretical system for it. This paper contributes to build a theoretical system with logical consistency based on comparison research between corporate finance and personal finance. Meanwhile, attention is given to the difference of the subjects of these two finance branches. By comparing these differences in various modules, deeper researches has been done and better understanding has been gained of these two finance branches, so that a more complete framework has been generated for the sake of later development of a complete financial management course.
