The rural cooperative finance in our country is the main force of building new rural in china.Zhejiang province is a powerful province in china. After the five years' system reorganization, there are 81 rural cooperative association and cooperative bank in Zhejiang province. The comprehensive strength is in the front of Zhejiang finance system. Zhejiang rural credit association becomes strong in Zhejiang finance system. Their experience is very important as example for the other rural finance department in china.Base on the structure of economy changing in china these years, the reorganization of Rural credit association come to a cross way. Even the develop of rural cooperative is hug in these years, there are still many problem in rural finance department system. In this situation, we need to know about the new solution of how to keep the rural finance department in good status and play more important role in Chinese financial system. By analyzing the nowadays situation of Chinese finance, the paper find and solve the problems in the develop of rural finance and give several suggestion of how to made new modern system of rural cooperative finance.The thesis has 4 parts as follows:Part 1 is foreword; introduce the background, significance, thoughts, method and the problem which need to be solved of the thesis.Part 2 is the cooperative finance theory and literature which support the subject. Part 3 introduce the situation of the Zhejiang nowadays rural finance performance, use Wenzhou as example. Based on some real data, we can see the development of the cooperative finance and some problem of it. Analyze is the main task in this part. Part 4 is the suggestion of how to build a new system of cooperative finance system of our country.The thesis can provide a suggestion for Zhejiang rural cooperative finance developing and administration.
