With the development of the e-commerc, more and more small-middle enterprises start to adopt the third-party websites to make transaction. There is much research on the websites evaluation, however, it is still lack of a system which is appllied to the third-party B2B e-commerce website quality evaluation.According to the research before as well as the interview results, a preliminary system of the third-party B2B e-commerce websites quality evaluation is designed. This system is composed of three dimensions which are information quality, system quality, service quality.Then, the data is collected using traditional and online questionnary and the analysis is conducted. The research approaches include statistial description, ANOVA, components analysis, paird sample T-test, indespendent sample T-test and multiple linear regression analysis.The research conclusions are drawn as following based on the data analysis results: the system of the third-party B2B e-commerce websites quality evaluation consists of seven key dimensions, namely the information usefulness, information presentation, the website appearance, website use, commercial value, trust and online services; significant difference on the importance cognition of seven dimensions between users of different attributes doesn't exist, but it does referring to the actual cognition of these dimensions and the overall quality perception; user's expectation is significantly different from actual perception; users of different attributes held different opinions on different types of third-party B2B e-commerce website; a positive correlation existed between the seven key dimensions and the overall quality of website, and users consider commercial value of website as the most important factor, information presentation the least.Finally, 16 suggestions on establishment of the third-party B2B e-commerce websites is put forward. Meanwhile, some advises on further research are given based on the experience in this study.
