To E-commerce, how to effectively achieve the success of online payments is one of the key issues of implementing E-commerce. E-commerce in China in recent years with the rapid development of various types of E-commerce payment platforms also continue to emerge. At the same time, the new issue is - On the one hand, E-commerce websites need to support the online payment platforms as many as possible; On the other hand, due to the mechanism and interface are different between variety of online payment systems, they cannot be integrated by E-commerce websites easily and effectively.To this end, this paper presents a new integrated online payment solution for E-commerce called "OpenPay" to solve this problem. This solution is based on SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture), and the realization is mainly based on standard technologies such as XML. Its back-end integrates the existing online payment systems, while the front-end provides customers a series of web services based on open interface. By this approach, OpenPay system transparently isolates the changes and complexity from specific payment platforms. This paper also has discussed some key implementation technologies of the OpenPay system, such as system interface description, system overall architecture, and related data structures, etc.
