By applying ADF test, cointegration and setting up the error-revise models, the text gets the following conclusions: In the long-term, China and the United States's import-export trade will promote China's economy and Chinese industrial structure adjustment; there is no long-term balance between the Sino-America trade and technological progress of China. In the short-term, export trade to the USA from China will promote China's economic growth and import trade from the USA does not exert influence on China's economic growth; import-export trades between China and the USA do not exert influence on Chinese industrial structure optimization. Finally, by the above analysis results, this text proposes suggestions and countermeasures on the development of Sino-America trade.
