Customer relationship management as a new-type mechanism of management, it aim at improving of the relation between the enterprise and customer, have got the general approval of the global commercial circles and used. Though the understanding of CRM of all trades and professions has nothing in common with each other at present, think the arrival of times of e-commerce unanimously, tremendous development and using and promoting the realization of customer's relation administrative system extensively of and the information technology. We can say CRM system is the perfect integration which the new-type management ideas and e-commerce technology.This thesis introduces CRM's conception, popular background and application status at the beginning. Then standing on the points of the importance and feasibility of CRM to ShengDa corporation, thesis discusses several issues on the problem occurring in the process of CRM's application, the attitude towards CRM and the obstacles met in CRM practice. The purpose of this thesis is trying to help ShengDa to improve the level of Customer Relationship Management, this thesis is trying to help ShengDa to improve the level of Customer Relationship Management, to enhance internal's efficiency, to improve whole management and finally to help s to speed up their development.
