In a high-tech enterprise, managers are the most active employees, so their career management is crucial to the company's development. However, there has been little research that systematically studys the career management of the high-tech enterprises' managers. The author of this paper, therefore, through psychological and managerial analysis, tries to provide some theoretical consultant on the career management for our managers from the aspects of "organizational career management" and "individual career management".The beginning part of this paper is devoted to literature reviewing, which runs back over and analyzes some related literature of career management. The following chapters can be taken as an analysis of the features of high-tech enterprises and their managers. Based on a lot of literature reading and researching, structural questionnaires have been designed for the investigation of the internal and dimensional relationships between "organizational career management" and "individual career management". Meanwhile, the reliability and validity of the questionnaires have been tested. In the end of the paper, the author comes up with some constructional advice on the career management of the manager based on the empirical analysis.The subjects include 18 of Hunan's high-tech enterprises. All the items about "organizational career management" and "individual career management" are collected through literature reviewing, interviews, and open questionnaires, and then they are refined and regrouped by the processes of pre-testing and item analyzing. Finally we have got the formal questionnaires and carried out the formal test. 560 questionnaires were delivered for the formal test, and 508 of them were valid, so the valid rate was 91%. With the help of SPSS 12.0, the author studies the collected data by Factor analysis,Reliability analysis,Correlate analysis and ANOVA, and arrives at the following concisions.1. The questionnaires designed by the author are of high reliability and validity.2. Through Factor analysis, we know that "organizational career management" consists of four dimensions, they are effective inspiring,system assured,pay attention todevelopment,show care for emotional. 3. Through Factor analysis, we know that " individual career management" also consists of four dimensions, they are career exploring,career planning,devoting on work,extending management.4. Through Correlate analysis, we know that "individual career management"and"organizational career management" is highly correlated.5. Through analysis of variance of the variable to the degree of the individual career management, using ANOVA and finding every variable has the difference on one degree or more.The conclusions, values and possible direction of the study have been discussed in the end. However, the author points out that the study still has its own limitations.
