The electric price is the most important part of the reform of electric power industry, and Magnifying the lever effect of the electric price is propitious to the regulation of the inconsistency between electric providing and supplying, optimize the energy resource configuration and facilitating the foundational function of the electric industry in the economy domain of the country.As the progress of the management system reform of electric power industry, polices of "Power stations disjoin from networks" and" Supply power by competitive prices" are applying in to practices. The original electric power companies to centrally manage all power supply functions including electric power generation, transmission and distribution will be reformed into the enterprises only managing electric power transmission networks, step by step. In this business environment, how to determine the transmission price is new problem to the electric power companies that operate under government control in plan economy system for long years. It is also very significant to the survivorship and durative development of enterprises managing power networksBy looking back the forming history of the electric price in China and the researching of price- determine theory and policy, this paper analyses the affection of electric price on the behavior of the power companies at present and the primary problem of the electric price is also proposed. The demonstration analysis of this paper is carried out with the investigation object of "Middle-China Power Network", comparing to the power reform model of some foreign countries, and at last, by combining the innovation of Brazilian power market, this paper made some advices of power price reform in our country and proposed the cooperation method for exerting the lever effect of electric price.
