The world's economy develops at full speed .The competition of the market is becoming fiercer. Some enterprises are facing many challenges, such as technology innovation, cost control and management transformation. So, more and more enterprises begin to consider human resource management problem from a strategic perspective. It will greatly push the realization of enterprises' strategy goal when we adding the strategy element into Human resource management. Performance management is the core content of Human resources management, it is very necessary to establish a combination between the system of performance management and the enterprises' strategy which should be specified in every individual department and position. With the management and improvement of the performances in all administrative levels, the strategic goals will be completed step by step, and the better performance of the whole enterprise can be acquired.Focusing on the above issues , this paper applies modern management theories , i.e. performance management , strategy management, strategic performance management and employs the methods of case study, quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. Makes a deep study towards the performance management of Jingtai real estate company. At beginning, it analyses the real estate's current situation of performance management .Then, it describes the Jingtai real estate company's existing problems and made a analytical research. It puts forward optimized thought in performance management after careful research. Secondly, it uses BSC (Balanced Scored Card) and KPI (Key Performance Indicators) to design a performance management scheme based on the enterprises strategy goal, which can helps the strategy come into effect. At the same time, it also designs ensuring system for performance management in order to put the scheme into effect smoothly. Eventually, we can track and appraise the effect of this scheme, then draw the conclusion of this paper.
