In the industry subsection,baking food enterprises belong to the combination of the food processing industry and the food retail industry. From the characteristics, the baking enterprises on the one hand have the integrity business processes of the processing and manufacturing enterprises, which are constituted by the modules of purchase, stock, manufacture and so on. In another aspect, they concurrently have the retail industry particularity by the food retail selling via the chain stores dispersed in all regions.Since the reform and opening up, China's baking industry has made considerable progress, and the size of the business is expanding gradually, there has been a lot of brand with visibility and impact. Under the in the trend of industry rapid development, many enterprises emergent with progresses because of comparative competitive advantage such as technological superiority, innovation of chain model, brand strategy and so on, but at the same time, the rapid development of industry has also brought increased competition among enterprises, the rapid expansion of the industry accurate the competition and the dilemma Baking makes many enterprises lagging behind, such as internal management, customer loyalty issues such as declining gradually becoming apparent.In order to carry out this issue in-depth analysis, the author conducted an investigation on baking food enterprises A and found that part of the baking business operators do not properly aware of the causes for these problems, they still focus on them from the fierce competition come to the fore those comparative competitive advantages, going in the difficult predicament in the same competition, lack of the ability to analyze the capacity of sustainable competitive advantage from the entire process of the value-creating enterprises .Based on the baking food business services value chain analysis, the author found it difficult for baking enterprises to obtain sustainable competitive advantage ant it is the main reason for the internal service value not effective to support the customer loyalty and the strengthening of the profitability of the business, which also caused the operators a range of management issues, it also led to the internal productivity can not effectively support its high-speed external expansion.This thesis will be based on the service value chain to analyze how baking food enterprises through integration of the four aspects chain relationship: profits, customers, employees and enterprise, to construct service leading strategy and the cost leading strategy, obtain the resources and conformity ability, and obtain the continually competitive advantage finally. Even the analyze to this thesis is based on the research to A subsection company, but the process of analysis has universal significance, and to the whole subsection industry, it also has the value for application.
