The essence of the market economy is competition, the essence of competition is the possession for resources. With the globalization era of market economy, customers are the main resources for enterprises, there will not be development of enterprises without customers. How the Enterprises make use of the limited human, material and financial resources for business development is the common concern topics for many experts and scholars. The theories of marketing and management of key accounts provide a basis theoretical methods for enterprises'solving business problems. However, the ever-changing business environment requires the combination of theoretical and practical knowledge to solve the problems effectively.Since CMK corporation was built in 2001, in the short seven years, the company's business volume has increased by 20 times. The main factors of success business are to pay great attention to the development of key account business. It realized the value of the business while meeting the needs of key accounts at the same time. This paper analyzed the status of CMK key accounts management, researched the useful experience for the development of enterprises, provided some reference of scientific and effective management to enhance their own competitiveness, made out a good foundation in the future market. Not only it has a guiding function for CMK, but also has the reference to another companies'business development.The whole thesis is divided into six parts. The first part elaborates the research background, purpose of the study, thesis research methods and structure. The second part of this thesis elaborates the related theory from various angles. The third part analysis the environment of CMK business. The fourth part analysis the critical success factors(CSF) and the business development strategies of the key account management of CMK company. In the fifth part, an improved method of SWOT analysis be used to analysis the issue of KAM and business development for the CMK company on the strategic level, made out the implementation strategy for the application in practice. The six part is the conclusion of this thesis.
