In the modern State-owned enterprise, the operator becomes the enterprise scarcest resource, the operator is in enterprise's central place, is playing the pivotal role in the production operation process, is the enterprise development leading force. The operator reward is the power which the operator works, but in our country's State-owned enterprise operator reward has many problems. This paper take the reward correlation theories as a foundation, question which exists through the analysis present stage State-owned enterprise operator reward, in has the condition to profit from the American and Japanese Enterprise's advanced operator reward system as the foundation, proposes the suggestions of our country's State-owned enterprise operator reward improvement, emphatically analysis the factors which affect the operator reward. Finally, designs out State-owned enterprise operator's reward unified model. This is advantageous to the effective drive State-owned enterprise operator, promotes the State-owned enterprise continuous and healthy development.
