Corporate culture is a people-oriented management theory on rallying employees' sense of belonging,enthusiasm.creativity. Ethic and enterprise's spirit is the core of corporate culture and register as enterprise systems and material phenomenon.It is a set of fine style of work,behavior and values,which is formed and accumulated,refined and advocated in the long term of the enterprise's production and operation.And it is also a set of informal rules accepted and adhered by the staff which is gradually formed while facing the market environment.It is a kind of intangible assets and the "soul legislation" of enterprise,and is an effective method and spiritual strength to promote business benefit and economic growth.What's more,it is a force to generate system,technical and management innovation in the enterprise.Therefore,it is recognized among enterprises that corporate culture is the highest level of enterprise management and one of the most critical core competitive strength,so that most of the world's top 500 enterprises attach much importance to corporate culture building,and have regarded the building of enterprise culture as one of the most important weapon in the enterprise's existence and development.Nowadays,while the market economic system in China is getting matured and Chinese industrialization is developing continually and there is the trend of internationalization,companyA is facing with a series of problems in building its corporate culture.This thesis will do research in and analyze company A's existing corporate culture base on its realistic situation.This will make great sense in building a continuing and efficient corporate culture and strengthening its competitive strength.First,the paper presents the background of Company A and necessity and urgency and importance of building corporate culture; briefly describes some related corporate culture theories; analyzes the company's HR system,diagnoses the current status of corporate culture and tells the existing inadaptability of the corporate culture and analyzes the root cause,by the means of questionnaire survey,interviewing with representative staff from different classes and collecting internal documents and files. Then,author of the paper,according to some relevant corporate culture theory and the actual situation and long-term development goals,designs a outline in building company A's corporate culture, and describes the specific contents and its implementation as well as strengthening about building it's corporate culture, furthermore,put forward an dynamic management of assessment, improvement and innovation in building corporate culture.This paper includes four innovative points:First,studying out a developing program suitable to company A's actual situation and developing goals.Second,in building corporate systemic culture,some unique,innovative management systems are set out to achieve some unexpected effect after implementation.Third, focusing on building the quality culture,which is effective in building corporate culture.Finally,the indexes to evaluate corporate culture's performance are of great persuasion because they are representative and easy to quantify.The main methods adopted are:combining theory and practice, questionnaire methods,charts analysis,empirical methods, quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis and so on,these make this paper more convincing and precise.
