Based On Urban And Rural Areas Of Chongqing City Development

The urbanization is essentially a gradually process, in which many factors such as materials, the funds, the information and the culture gathers to the city. It will make the city and countryside integration finally by the essential factors flowing reasonably and resources deploying optimistically. The urbanization of Chongqing developed rapidly since Chongqing became the municipality. However, at the same time, the city and countryside disparity enlarges, the problems about agriculture is also the noticeable realistic question, the fast development of the urbanization don't effective promote city and countryside attain common prosperity. Therefore, this article bases on the city and countryside overall plan angle, analyzes the problems of the Chongqing urbanization, try to discover the reasons which hinder the city and countryside communal development. Finally, it try to propose the strategic conception of the development of urbanization, in order to promote it developing reasonably.This article takes theories of the urbanization and the Urban-Rural planning as a foundation, analyzes the relations of them, pointed out that the Urban-Rural planning is the guiding principle for the urbanization, the urbanization is a efficient path to promotes both the city and countryside getting prosperity. The research proposed that problems of the Chongqing urbanization are mainly concentrated in the following four aspects: First, the separation of urban and rural planning; Second, the urban system is unreasonable, the cities function is imperfect, the city to the countryside, the industry returns to the agriculture to be short, has caused the city and countryside economic develop separated; Third, the urbanization and the industrialization development are uncoordinated cause the urbanized development to lack the further intrinsic power; Fourth, the urbanized quality demonstrated low lead the Chongqing economic society to develop not effectively, and so, has created the series bottleneck for the urbanized further. The reasons for the problems mainly lie in the wrong mentality of the urbanization and the existing second-hand house system.In view of these problems, we proposed that, for Chongqing, to promote the urbanization must pay great attention to the urban industrial development and the urban function promotion, strengthens the leading role of the city to radiate to the countryside. Then, we put forward series policies to promote the process of Chongqing's urbanization, such as to expand the countryside investment, to adjust the city and countryside industrial structure and so on.
